RRC Next is a young professionals membership program for emerging leaders ages 21–40 who want to connect, grow, and make an impact. With flexible annual or monthly membership options, RRC Next offers opportunities to build relationships, develop leadership skills, and support recovery, mental health, and wellness across North Texas.
RRC Next is the young professionals network of Recovery Resource Council, connecting emerging leaders across Dallas–Fort Worth who are passionate about advancing wellness, recovery, and community impact.
As part of the Council, RRC Next serves as both a community and a leadership pipeline—engaging the next generation in meaningful ways to support and advance this work.
Membership offers opportunities to connect through networking events, service projects, and leadership experiences, including exclusive programming for members only.

Networking: Build connections with young professionals across Dallas–Fort Worth through curated socials and gatherings.
Leadership Experience: Develop skills through committee involvement, event planning, and nonprofit leadership opportunities.
