Sunny Jaryga is Chief Operating Officer of the Council, bringing more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience to advancing the organization's mission and strengthening its operations. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation as a results-driven executive who transforms complex, often unstructured environments into high-performing, accountable organizations by consistently translating strategy into measurable gains in access, quality, revenue, and workforce engagement. Most recently, Sunny served in senior operational leadership for a major Fort Worth health system, where she was responsible for strategy, performance, and compliance across a large multi-specialty provider network. She built operational infrastructure where none previously existed, led the organization to record-breaking performance, and strengthened value-based care and specialty service line growth. Earlier in her career, Sunny held senior market operations and business development roles with large healthcare and physician networks, where she led rapid workforce growth, expanded membership and market share, and consistently exceeded financial targets. She has also served at the hospital executive level as an Administrator and Chief Executive Officer, overseeing budgets, driving referral growth, and expanding service lines to strengthen organizational performance. Across her career, Sunny has been known for building trusted relationships with executives and physicians, leading large-scale change initiatives, and creating clarity in ambiguous environments. In her role as COO of the Council, Sunny is focused on applying this same operational discipline and growth mindset to advancing the organization's impact in the community it serves. Outside of her professional work, Sunny enjoys traveling and playing golf with her husband, Greg, and spending time with family and friends.
