Project New Start

Project New Start is a permanent supportive housing program for chronically homeless men and women with disabilities. We currently provide housing and intensive case management to eligible individuals. They are provided with a safe, stable environment in which to address their own unique issues of recovery and independence. Through monthly home visits, office visits, and support groups, the case manager assists the participants with recovery, access to employment services, access to disability benefits, life skills, budgeting, educational opportunities, goal setting and much more.
